iFunding Review

Update: We are keeping this review up for historical purposes, but iFunding is no longer active or is otherwise no longer accepting investments.

NOTE: iFunding is no longer active. iFunding was among the first real estate investment crowdfunding sites, but has experienced a range of operational and legal issue that have left it struggling (and by some accounts, currently insolvent). Until and unless conditions improve, you may want to look elsewhere for real estate investment crowdfunding options.

Overview

Update: We are keeping this review up for historical purposes, but iFunding is no longer active or is otherwise no longer accepting investments.

iFunding is a Reg D real estate investment platform, but according to published reports, has not originated any new loans since 2016. A raft of operational and legal challenges have left many investors frustrated, and with a rather uncertain future, prospective investors may want to look elsewhere.
